Yeah just got a ban for game crash from this. Funny story… I was queued alone. Three straight tries I would get the error “Unable to connect to fireteam” then game locks up and have to dashboard and relaunch. What bothers me is everything has worked fine for the last 5 play sessions. Its just this last one now doing it.
