Issue: my issue is that i cannot access any online game modes on any halo game and i am prompted with a message saying “error retrieving online data, unable to access online features” this has been happening for a while now and i would like this to be sorted.
Hey OP, at the time of you posting there was an Xbox Live outage that was affecting a lot of people over the weekend. Things should be cleared up now, but I would keep an eye on the Xbox Live support status page just in case. There is a large thread in the Halo 5 that is being used as well.
