Sorry in advance if this has already been asked, but I couldn’t find an answer after searching the forums.
I would like to change my profile picture on the Halo Support site, but I am unable to edit my name, profile photo, email, and phone number. I am still able to edit the description. Where can I go to edit the locked information?
This is intentional behavior. The Halo Support site uses your Xbox Live information and will populate with the profile picture you currently use on Xbox services.
I looked at my information on my Microsoft and Xbox Live accounts. Everything lines up with Halo Support except the profile picture. My Microsoft account uses a custom profile picture, but my Xbox Live account uses a gamerpic. Could my Halo Support picture not line up because I need to replace it with a custom avatar on Xbox Live?
