With the extended wait times in matchmaking, sometimes you just want to back out and retry searching. However there is a glitch that wont allow this.
It will prompt you to wait while you return to lobby yet you will be stuck in an endless loop forcing you to restart your game.
Only started happening to me after the latest patch.
I’ve been experiencing the same problem you described but it only just started today. The patch worked (for the most part) after the initial download. I have found the only way to get out of the matchmaking never-ending loop is to open other apps and wait for up to 20 minutes or turn off and restart the xbox, which is aggravating to say the least. I’ve been a Halo fan for 10 years and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed with the roll out for the MCC game thus far. How much longer do we have to wait to get these problems resolved? Anyway, hope the tips I mentioned will help some fellow Halo fans out there.
