Can I get some help with this?
After about two social games I keep getting this error whenever I try to play multiplayer.
I have deleted and reinstalled the game, reset my xbox and still same.
Unable to authorising user with Halo 5: You will not be able to use online modes
Can someone help?

Have you tried deleting and re-downloading your profile?

Yeah I did that and it worked for a while and then the error came back. I don’t know what else to do.

Have you tried creating/signing into another account to see if the problem lies solely on your main account?

I deleted the game again, it’s going to take a while to finish downloading. If it works on the other profile, what do I do next?

If it works on the other profile but not on your main one, I would get into contact with Xbox Support to see if they can help you. If they redirect you to here then submit a ticket to Halo Support and see if they can do anything. Normally I would suggest the Halo Support site first but at the moment it is difficult to know at what end the fault is at.

So I did the profile switch, it doesn’t work on the other profile either. Xbox support recommended resetting the console to default. I did that and still the same issue. How comes there is no fix. I feel frustrated.
