Hello 343 Support! I am in desperate need of help here! For the last few months I have been calling xbox support, and my ISP trying to figure out why I was getting randomly disconnected from halo 5 and other games mid match. (I couldn’t even start a game if I was wired, wireless was the only way to get anything to remotely work. Note I was using the same cable that I used for my PC which I speed tested and use regularly without any issues.)
I came across some information that suggested I could fix the problem by clearing my system cache. I did this and now I can’t even use halo 5 online! It says it cannot sync MoxVoid (my account)'s save games so I can either try again or continue in offline mode!
This is so crazy! I thought I was buying a console! Using my PC and playing games in alpha I have none of these type of issues… Consoles are supposed to be stable, put in the disk and play systems! I bought the Xbox one Elite bundle and it has been nothing but trouble!
Craziest part. This is my 2nd console! The first xbox one elite bundle I got the system was constantly overheating. I am beginning to think the bundle is just always flawed.
Please help me get back online and playing what is otherwise a really great game (technical issues aside!)

It seems that me cleaning my system’s cache coincided with a major Xbox Live service outage. This is why I was unable to retrieve my profile. Later tonight I logged on and everything worked fine.
I am still lagging more than other players but I didn’t have any disconnects while on Wi-Fi. I had a few people message me after a game and tell me I was bouncing around which was making it hard for them to hit me. So if there is any tips or help that can be suggested to help resolve that issue to get everyone back on an even playing field please let me know!
