So, let me get straight to the point
ive been experienceing an issue for the past week, where it seems that i am not able to view or use any of my requisitions in the game, be it when i play warzone or just want to view them in the colection/ open new packs.
this is quite annoying, since the game becomes slightly unfair when youre the only one still holding an AR and pistol in round 5 of firefight. ive tried restarting and re-entering the disc, and im pretty lost and dont know what to do, its becoming quite frustrating 
i hope someone knows whats going on and can respond asap!
There is a glitch that most are experiencing that causes this. Once you load the game, if your profile does not sync correctly, you will not be able to use your reqs. What I do if I do not get any sync errors, is wait a minute or two for the req system to load. Once you are able to see your req’s before going into a lobby you should have no issues accessing them.

the thing is i tried that, multiple times, i had it load for as far as 30 minutes at a time.
Have you closed the Halo 5 app/game? How about restarting your Xbone by holding in the power button until it powers off? Those would be the next 2 things to try.
