Hey all. experiencing a slew of issues here. Firstly, i’ve seen numerous forum posts from years ago regarding the inability to use the Player ID menu. This is apparently the case for me on PC as well. Any time I click Player ID, the interface fades away and doesn’t return. I’m left staring at the menu background and unable to do anything other than edit game settings through the menu in the bottom corner. The only solution here is to restart the game completely. Reinstalling the game multiple times did not solve this issue.
Second, I cannot connect to any matchmade games. I can play private games just fine, but every single matchmade play option leaves me with a Contacting Server for latest matchmaking data menu, and nothing happens. My two friends couldn’t queue up with me due to this issue, but together and separately they can play. It seems the issue is centered around me. I’ve tried the game on multiple networks, multiple installs. I fully disabled my firewall. I updated my drivers. I performed a -Yoinking!- system restore to earlier today. Nothing is working.
