I have been given access to the Halo 3 PC flight, and I’ve been trying to click through the to link for the flight overview but am unable to gain access.
When I click the link I am redirected to a blank page with an error message in the URL:
https://login.halowaypoint.com/logout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++{{MY_EMAIL_ADDRESS}}+has+already+been+taken
I recieve the same error if I attempt to submit a ticket through support.halowaypoint.com. So I’m not sure how to get this sorted.
What happens if you try and access just the main support URL: https://insidersupport.halowaypoint.com/
Also an you try that using incognito or private mode?
Going directly to insidersupport.halowaypoint.com results in the same error. If I use incognito mode I am given the option to sign in with my microsoft account again leading to the same error.
Or I have tried the sign in with Github option which gives me a page with a 500 error and in the url:
