why cant odsts capture points anymore, is this intended or a bug?
On a somewhat unrelated note, can we agree not to have incredibly vague and click bait-y thread titles? This could’ve easily been named “ODSTs won’t capture nodes anymore” or “Capture bug with ODSTs” instead. Can we please stick to concise and descriptive thread titles?

they dont have the same ring as the timeless classic UMM ( and i dont know if its a real bug cause ive really only tested it in one game)

Just noticed this. I sent my ODST to capture a node, they walked up to it, but just kinda stood there and didn’t do anything.
I’m thinking it’s a bug that came with the patch. But, I’m not certain.

“ODSTs don’t seem to capture nodes anymore.” There, that should cover all your bases.
Having distinct titles also helps with keeping track of which threads I’ve visited. If I clicked on a thread and found nothing interesting I can keep a mental note not to visit it again. If there are 10 threads with similarly vague and meaningless titles then I have no idea if it’s something new or something I read before.

I don’t click all topics.
Yeah I noticed it just the other night too. If it’s intentional, it’s a big bummer because ODSTs still aren’t very powerful. They have a ton of HP though, so they got that.
