He seems sarcastic to me. He talked about how awesome it was to constantly have overshields throughout the entire game. He talked about spamming promethean vision and using it to just walk into an enemies’ spawn and kill them. He then added a comment and an annotation, (if that’s really him) saying that he loved it. The fact that he put it two times makes it seems more sarcastic.
