Umm, Help?

So after the daily reset happened (about 30 mins ago) I tried to launch a match, but says I can’t, because Halo Infinite needs an update, so I go check “Manage game and add-ons” to see if there’s any, nothing there. So I just quit the app and started it again. Then it was saying the servers are down. I once more restart the app, and now it’s saying “Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite”.

I had this. All i did was reset my Xbox and log back into my xbl account. Probably gave infinite about 30 minutes, and It was fine. But couldn’t get into a game because I thought America had just started waking up on the east coast and I’m from UK. So the servers that have been under stress. But don’t worry, it’s a stress test. Like myself, you should be able to get back on it at some point. But submit a ticket like I did so 343 can see it may be a common problem. Hope this helps

You should file a ticket with support for it. There was an update sure enough. Alternatively, try a full reboot of your console (so when it turns on the Xbox logo appears) and see if that fixes the issue. If this doesn’t work I’d recommend the thing I started with because I’m afraid there’s not much else to do about it. Others might have more ideas on the matter, however.
