Um, really?

Whose idea was it to have the gun stay zoomed when you are getting shot? Long ranged battles are now owned by the player who shoots first. There’s almost no chance for the second shooter to win the battle anymore, even if you turn and hit the guy he’s going to stay zoomed and finish you off. You can also forget about putting down cover fire on a sniper because he can just stay zoomed to hit you in the head or body shot you twice. I don’t like it and I think there needs to be an update to change it. Anyone else agree?

I’ve won plenty of long range battles when the other guy was the first to shot. Ever heard of a thing called strafing? It works wonders…

Half and half. Long range battles still come down to the more accurate player. At long range, if you have BR and the other guy has a DMR, forget it you’ve already lost. The BR is meant for mid-range. However, I DO agree that the Sniper should get unscopped when shot, and I’m usually a sniper. It makes it a lot harder to fight back against a sniper.

I will say I have killed a few DMR users at long range with a BR. Very, very hard to do though.

was one of the very first issues i saw when i headed into Matchmaking. Can’t really pressure someone by knockin em out of scope when they got you zeroed in from across the map.

Not sure if trolling or to stupid to know what strafing is.

I do know what strafing is, way to be a -Yoink-. Let me ask you then, is strafing going to stop you from killing the guy? If I get first shot on someone in the open, they are dead and I will live. I’ve also won a few against someone who got first shot on me. My point is that, it adds an even greater advantage to the person who shoots first. They already have the advantage, they don’t need anymore help getting the kill.
