Ultra Rare out of silver

So, I just had a question. I just got an ultra rare out of a silver req pack. Is that normal?

If it was a Daily Win Silver, then yes it happens a lot. Legendaries also drop from them.

If it was a store-purchased Silver, then it would normally only happen if you already got every certification and permanent unlock at the Silver tier. At that point, so I’ve been told, you get a Gauss Turret certification.

I got this aswell.

I have managed to get three Mythics from the daily win packs without the Certifications.

Nice little surprise there. I got a rare in Bronze yesterday And then completed bronze in the next pack.

I got the mythic sniper out of the daily wins, put it to good use as well as it helped me get an easy Killing Frenzy
