Ultimate Edition Pc - Missing colony blitz packs

Hi.

As the title states, I have the ultimate edition for PC. I have recieved the unlocked Colony leader, but not the associated Blitz packs that come with him. I had this problem last month with Kinsano as well, but they showed up shortly after I posted here. Are they any extra steps I have to take to get them and/or ensure this stops happening into the future? I am a developer so if any additional information would be helpful to you guys please reach out and let me know.

This appears to be an issue with the Windows Store and Xbox Store. It took 12+ hours after installing the Colony Leader Pack for the game to award me the 5 DLC Blitz packs.

Just tried again. Had a “Network Error” that prevented me from getting to the Blitz tab, but I restarted the game client and now it works. 5 Colony packs also showed up. This issue is resolved for me.
