This was the downfall of Halo 5 when they dumped all players together.
Reduce playlists before you torture players and turn the servers to swill. The bad connection will make people leave quicker than not having Action Sack.
Oh region lock / choice is absolutely essential.
I’m already noticing a difference with the hit reg and I’ve died round corners a few times too.
