UI/Warzone Cinematic A/V Glitch

Recently I’ve noticed a consistent A/V glitch while playing Halo 5, and was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same. During the Warzone opening cinematic, sometimes, especially if it’s the first game I’m playing for the day, the music will not play, and the blue jet wash from the Pelicans is absent. Other than that, the cutscene plays like normal, including Sarah Palmer’s annoying voice, and other minor sounds associated with the Pelican or Marines. I’m aware of the way the game decides its refresh rate based on distance, but this is not the same as that.

Also, a similar thing happens when accessing the req menu, or other various components of the UI, especially after a game. The music will not play, but all the graphics are there.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same glitches, or if it’s just me.

Yeah, stuff like that has been happening a TON to me in the last couple of days. The sound might cut out before a game of warzone or after I record a clip. It’s weird OP, but you’re definitely not alone.

Glad to hear it. It’s really nothing major, but I don’t remember it being a problem at launch. It might have gotten tagged in with one of the updates perhaps?

Click the link in my signature “no music in intro” to see that 343 is working on the problem.

Wasn’t aware there was a thread already made for it, thanks!

It hasn’t happened to me personally but it has to many of my friends while playing with them.
