///DISPATCH FROM THE UNITED HALO REPUBLIC/// RECRUITMENT MESSAGE///

.
Greetings, from me and the rest of the United Halo Republic!
I’m 2nd Lieutenant Alsvid. I’m apart of a militarized community organization. In this military community, we run clans a little bit differently than your average competitive groups. Instead, the militarized community practices military formations, raids, battles, and expansive weapons training inside of the virtual world we love so much, Halo. UHR wants you to experience all of that, with us!
So let me give you some background on UHR. The United Halo Republic started up around 2009. With the release of Halo: REACH and its very large and promising forge world, people wanted something more to do than to run around on multiplayer and have 4v4’s. The militarized community was around before then, though. Stretching back to Halo 2! UHR has been around since Halo 3. So why bring up Halo: REACH? This is where the military styled clans really took off. UHR was in its prime from around 2011-2014. Thanks to the numerous new amounts of forge possibilities for training and the very willing community players, which we like to call, civilians. Which would be the average player, like yourself (if you’ve never been in something like this). Anyways, UHR ruled over the community for a while. Especially in Halo 4! UHR has taught many people about Halo, and that there’s more to it than what they give to you. It’s brought friends together as well as inspired people to join the military of their respected countries. We also have service members in the highest parts of leadership inside the clan. Ranging from the Marines to the Coast Guard. And it now continues on into the new generation, Halo 5 and the next gen consoles.
This is where you come into play, the recruit. The most important aspect of a clan. You, along with everyone else, will go through a trial known as “boot camp”, teaching you the basic fundamentals of the militarized community as well as UHR. If you pass, you’ll be introduced to a thing of beauty, and a brotherhood. But in order to join, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Be 13 or older. Maturity counts here! - MUST HAVE A WORKING MIC. Communication is key in the militarized community. Kinect’s aren’t usually acceptable, depending on how bad the background noise is. - Have a positive attitude, a willing determination, and the ability to accept orders. In a military community, we say things like “yes, sir” and “no, sir” to our leaders as well as addressing people by their appropriate ranks. All of which we go over in boot camp. - Be willing to learn and willing to work as apart of a team. It explains itself. No lone wolves. - Must be able to speak fluent English. Chances are, if you’ve been able to read this, you speak good English! - Be active!! If you aren’t on the XboxOne very often, UHR may not be the place for you. We love active personnel, and tend to not appreciate those who stand around and do nothing for us. A group effort! So ask yourself how active you are before joining us. - Have Fun! The biggest thing about UHR is to bring like minded along with different minded people together and to bond together as such one big, happy community! If you self-evaluated yourself for the requirements, and match all of them, then we can continue to further your advancement into joining one of the greatest clans to exist inside the military community on Halo
If interested in joining, let me honor you with your first assignment:
