I’m seeing a lot of messages about Halo 4 changing too much. Oh my goodness… I actually expected this to happen after Halo 4 details were revealed. I don’t want to keep playing the same game as before because I already have Halo 2-3. I might well as play 1-3 if I want to go back to the roots. I’m sure Halo 4 is in good hands, and I’m always welcoming new stuff whatever Developers make.
I’m getting real tired of complaints which is partially dominating the forum about Halo 4 MM… If there is a good reason for me to stay here in this forum, tell me.
If you feel like telling me about the ideas that’s in Halo 4, feel free to comment after all this is Halo 4!

Agreed Op. I was predicting that 343 will make some new changes and make their own halo game, not just a copy of another developers game. You should stick around, because even on the darkest days, when I belive that the halo communty is just a flock of stupid sheeps, I see a intellegent thread like this with common sence and discussion value.
If you’re disheartened by this community, look at the YouTube comments for the Halo 4 reveal. For every one complainer here, there’s at least a hundred of people who are enthusiastic about the game.
I’d hope the 343i employees know that, because if I spent so long making a game, just to look at the forum and see what people are writing here, I’d honestly be heart broken.
I certainly appreciate their efforts, that’s for damn sure.
As for being on this forum, I’m staying to voice my opinion, regardless of all the people who consistently compare Halo to CoD. SOMEBODY should be positive around here.
Yep, it shouldn’t be like halo 1-3, but it shouldn’t be like some other game either, it should be halo with improvements. Wana know why? Because i could just play that other game, i don’t need halo to play like that because what i like about halo is the way it plays.

I think the vocal opposition is trying to have the devs bend to their almost hostile negotations. Considering we have had one day to formulate any ideas of what is in store for halo4, i would say such over-reactions are premature.
So look at it like this, these fond memories some of you have are just that, memories of a nostalgic era of a glory year that can never be reduplicated. As a community we have to look towards the future and not dwell in the past. It’s out of our hands, friends.
We will have to exercise patience and wait and see what other information comes to the surface. Some of you will have to make tough decisions come closer to launch date. Some of us won’t.

Oh that’s right… I thought it sounded familiar! ODST Buck.
OP made a obvious yet uncommonly mentioned point, its a new Halo game and everyone I’ve talked to (outside of the forums) agrees that halo 4 could and should be different, a fantastic series halo is to have beaten all other shooters with similar gameplay concepts for a decade, proud to be a fan.
Halo 4 will be certainly a new game! But I’m concerned about the commumity which a lot of unoriginal topic. I wonder what they’ll do when more information is released by 343i. I guess I’ve covered some things for now. We’ll have to wait and see what the Waypoint will be like in the future.
