Either way I did it following the requirements and I haven’t gotten it and since this is a once a year thing I kinda care that it’s not working.

The nameplate will be unlocked at a later date in January if all requirements are met. You won’t unlock it as soon as you complete the requirements.
I just did the par score for oni sword base and package and didn’t got the nameplate
And I’ve played also lots of pvp that atleast I should get the 10 on snowy maps,but still didn’t got anything

You don’t automatically get the nameplate. It will be manually granted after the event is over with in January.
