UFG has changed, willing to join now?

UFG is now not a Military Clan anymore, we are now a Social Gaming Community known as United Federation Gaming! UFG is now a clan just for fun! if your interested in joining a laid back clan that does not roleplay too seriously (changed UFG when the vote for Social or Military in the Clan went for Social)

UFG is structured way simpler now than before, it is shown as below:

Division (up to 9 in the Clan, currently have 1 open)
Section (2 per Division()
Squad (4 per Section, 100 members each with their own Spartan Company)

1st Division: After Revolution
Squads:
Raven AR (open)
Eagle AR (open)
Hawk AR (closed)
Falcon AR (closed)

(rest of the Division planned out but wont be listed here)

Positions open:

Division Leader (ADML-GADM) (AR) (i am the current Acting Division Leader)
Division Co-Leader (RADM-VADM) (AR)
Hawk Squad Commanding Officer (LT-RADM)
Hawk Squad Executive Officer (LTJG-COMM)
Hawk Squad Second Officer (ENSN-CAPT)
Hawk Squad Third Officer (ENSN-CMDR)
(other Department Positions in the Squad)

(positions above also apply to Falcon Squad)

1st Section Leader and Co-Leader positions have been filled by Commodore CJ and Fleet Captain Redneck (exact gamertags not given for obvious reasons, they dont like spam or randoms bugging them)

Raven and Eagle Squad have Commanding Officers lined up (both require Executive Officer and below)

our 2nd Division has been planned to be open after we open all Squads in Section 1 of After Revolution Division.

UFG now runs similarly to FTG or DHG.

Free Promotion if you rank below Captain for changing your gamertag to have UFG in it. (completely optional)

Competitive Aspects can be added at a later time in UFG Development.

my members voted for Social completely, our remaining 9 members rather have fun now.

Requirements to join:
13 or older with mic.

other info: only Primary Armor Color needs to be changed to what your Squad has for Color choice, Bio needs to have Clan info in it (not that much usually), Service Tag to indicate Clan Rank.

MON: Clan Meeting @ 7 PM Est.
TUES: Warzone & Recruiting @ 6-8 PM Est.
WED: Custom Games @ 6-8 PM Est.
THURS: Arena & Recruiting @ 6-8 PM Est.
FRI: Custom Games @ 6-8 PM Est.
SAT: Chill Day/Senior Officers Meeting @ 6-8PM Est.
SUN: Chill Day/UFG Leadership Meeting @ 6-8 PM Est.

as you can see we play alot of Warzone and Arena but also Custom Games alot too. We can bring Squad Battles into each Division of 8 Squads providing we got 4 Squads open in each Division minimum. (currently 2 Squads open in AR Division).
If we are to incorperate other features in the Clan i am open to suggestions here from anyone too, ill likely run a vote of it with my members. (9 members currently)

Clan rules:

Prime Directive:

  1. Must be at least 13 years of age to join UFG. No Exceptions.
  2. All Members will show respect to all other Members regardless of rank at all times.
  3. All Members must remain in Uniform at all times.
  4. All Members must follow through with an order given by a superior ranking Member, failure to do so will result in a few warnings to comply and then the Member will be given a Low Form of Punishment. (only Captains or higher can issue a Gameplay order if a member is playing unfair or glitching in some way)
  5. You have the right to talk to any Member in UFG, Higher Ups (Fleet Captain or higher) have the right to revoke questions or requests and withhold information for Security concerns.
  6. No Membership to any other Clan or Community besides UFG on any game that UFG is operating on.
  7. As a Member being Friends or Communicating with a Blacklisted Member or Clan will get you a High Form of Punishment.
  8. Being caught poaching from another Clan or Community is punishable by any Moderate to High Form of Punishment depending on how often or how much Poaching went on.
  9. Quit once as a Enlisted or Senior Enlisted Ranked Member you may come back once for free retaining your rank, but as an Officer you must come back in 24 hours to retain the rank you once had, if you didn’t make it you are put at the rank of Ensign Junior Grade. (Unless you are put forth in front of a Review Board consisting of UFG’s Leadership, they may change the outcome and have you resume your previous rank regardless of time away). Quit twice you come back as a Recruit. Quit third time you are put at Negative Recruit, 4th quit you are put at Negative Recruit Junior Grade. 5th Quit you are Blacklisted, after you are Blacklisted you can get only 3 Blacklist appeal done, UFG Closes its doors to you after those 3 Blacklists. (A total of 8 Chances to rejoin UFG)
  10. Any UFG Member with any disruptive noise on their mic in any lobby UFG controlled (Whether the noise is music or other things) will be asked and forced to mute their mics or turn off whatever noise was present if another UFG Member requests it. if it is a random person that is not part of the Clan in the UFG controlled lobby, the Ranking Officer may give the order to boot the person from the lobby or party.
  11. All UFG Members must keep their friends list open or be removed from the Clan, this is to ensure no Blacklisted or harmful individuals in General are a threat to the Community.
  12. Members must be 14 or older to attain the rank of Lieutenant or higher. Members must be 15 or older to attain the rank of Captain or higher. Members must be 16 or older to achieve Rear Admiral or higher. Members must be 17 or older to attain the rank of Admiral or higher. (the UFG President or UFG Vice President may also allow exceptions for any rank based on performance of duties)
  13. Members will immediately be quiet or mute their mics when “Radio Silence” is called, after 3 warnings the member is excused for a few moments, if they continue to interrupt after returning they can be given a Low Level Punishment by the order of any Senior Officer present.
