I just got Halo The Master Chief Collection today and was wanting to play Halo Reach on PC, but when I launch a Campaign mission I just get a UE4 Fatal Error, I’ve verified my files on Steam, I have the latest Windows 10 update installed, I’m not sure what to do at this point.
I get the same on Halo: CE,but at the end of mission 6. Cant progress any further. Bummer

I have no idea，because the game crashed，and support halo didn’t reply my request
is there any way to resolve this user end if it’s an account issue? i’m having this account issue now, and i’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions online and halo support has been of zero help.
