I just want to make a shout out to MikeAIphaBravo for his suggestion to FIX the UE4 Fatal Error. Here is what he said to do:
Go into settings, then gameplay, and choose Halo 3 from the game option. Once selected, there should be a toggle for the new skins and armors. Set this to disabled/off. Try playing H3 afterwards and see if your stability improves.
Which tells me it’s a ISSUE WITH THE NEW HALO 3 SKINS!!
Sent info on the issue to Tek Support about a week ago and Here is what they said:
"There is not fix at this time and the DEVS have been notified!"
Thanks MikeAIphaBravo for the fix and it works GREAT!! Now I can enjoy the game again!! U DA MAN!!

Hey friend, no problem for that tip on getting H3 to work! This wasn’t my original invention though. Other users here on the forums have stated that doing this has also improved their stability in the past. I’m more or less just the messenger! In the end though, i’m glad this fix worked for you.
As for this issue, I could’ve sworn that 343 and other users said this should be fixed with the S8 update, but it seems the bug is still rampant. I don’t know what happened to fixing this crash.

Ya in the old days I use to make halo maps for Unreal Tournament and UE3 ( Unreal Engine 3 ) was a real pain in the -Yoink-!! I know that you can download Unreal Engine 5 for testing. If I could run UE5 for testing I would do it in a heart beat! Thanks again bud!
