So, I attended worlds and was one of a handful of people who ended up playing on the community stage, and they told us to give them our GT’s for Ice Unicorn, but I still haven’t recieved mine. (Which I might be worrying about for no reason, but Im not sure.)
If any of the few out there who also played on the CS at worlds are reading this, do y’all have your Ice Unicorns yet or are you still waiting on this? I’m mainly just trying to figure out if this is something that 343 is taking more time on (Which is perfectly understandable with the Winter Update almost on top of us) Or did I just enter my GT wrong and lock myself off from getting it?

Hello, I played in the community playdate and didn’t get the unlock that I was supposed to. There is a video on Halo’s YouTube that shows I was in the game. Pause video at 56:29 and you can clearly see my name. This was the most recent playdate event on 10/28/222.
I would like to get my Ice Unicorn Nameplate and Emblem please. Support has been no help telling me to go to the forums. Does anyone have a solution for this?
I also played in the most recent community playdate. I saw an older post on waypoint where people didn’t get their ice unicorn until 9 days after the playdate so I’ll wait until then to get help
