I decided to download Halo Reach and all of it’s dlc on my Xbox One. Everything worked including the Legendary flames and Recon, accept the gamestop pre order armor. It says installed but it’s not appearing in the armory.
I’ve googled this and apparently a lot of other people have this issue, and if you check the reviews for it on microsoft.com people are complaining there as well. Is there a fix I’m not aware of or is this permanently broken?

It’s worth lodging a ticket with Halo Support on the issue.
But, I would say this - it’s a small piece of a 10 year old game that is now part of the MCC, and you probably still have your DLC armor on your 360. I do somewhat doubt that there will be a swift resolution.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll open a ticket. I know it seems small but it’s one of the rarer add-ons and was the main chest piece that I used. I no longer have access to a 360 so I probably can’t recover it that way, but I’ll open a ticket and see what happens.
