Searched and found nothing here. So here’s my question:
To complete this achievement are you allowed to die or does this have to be completed with one life only?
Finding all the Elite’s isn’t a problem, but I tend to get grenade happy and careless when I have the Bandanna skull on.
You can die as much as you want, achievement doesn’t say so.

elites can be killed by flood, it counts as your kill
most elites aren’t that missable, except for the part where you get into the banshee, hang around there and wait until they stop spawning, after that, check all tunnels/corridors. I got it, it isnt that hard to be honest
there are some commonly missed elites at the beginning, across the blown out deck of the ship before you drop down to the surface.
also, before you get to the banshees, run through the hallways along the side of the hangar bay. All of them.
to make it easy, just spam every corner full of grenades… but don;t blow yourself up… flood don;t like that
I got pretty irritated with this one last night. I did not get the achievement and I know I found/killed all the Elites on the map. The only thing I can think is that if the flood do kill an Elite, then it DOES NOT count for your kill and you do not get the achievement.
Can anyone confirm this one way or the other?

The flood can kill the Elites, I let some Flood kill them for me and I still got it. There are a few at the Hanger when you grab a Banshee that you gotta hang around for a minute as some will come threw a door behind the Banshee’s.
Yeah, I got those, I purposely hung out on the bottom floor and killed all those, and even went through all the hallways again to be sure I got them all

Than you probably missed some elsewhere. Just run through it again and just go through every passageway and what not.
Did you get the elites that are flighting flood across from the big hole in the ship, near the beginning of the level? You know, before you have to jump into the pool of coolant?
I’m pretty sure I did, there were only two up there right? That is all I saw and got rid of before I jumped into the ooze 0_o
At the end by the Banshees there are a ton of 'em, I spent like half an hour there wiping the deck clean.
