There seems to be a MCC bug when two XBL players try to both log-in with their XBL accounts on one console and play split screen.
It works fine to have “gamerTag” log on to his account, then add a guest and play split screen with “gamerTag(1)”. But whenever we try and separately log in another XBL user named “anotherGamerTag” to play split screen with his buddy “gamerTag”, Halo MCC can’t handle it. It gets confused about who is who, switches the players controllers, sometimes swaps around their control styles, and sometimes claims that the account is already active, under various conditions.
Note, we are using a Kinect sensor as well, which sometimes logs folks in, in case that has any effect.
This will become a bigger issue when they add ranked playlists, because typically guests can’t play in ranked games.
