This first one is from a GameTrailers video of Geoff getting a tour of 343i.
Now this one was from the HaloWaypoint Infinity video. It shows a younger captain in the place of the older one in the previous screenshot and instead of Chief being to his left, a new Spartan 4 is standing.
Very interesting stuff. Does anyone have ideas of why this is?
I noticed that too… one looks like its from campaign and the other is from spartan ops. Hm. thats weird.
Could just be a hair placeholder. Remember that this isn’t a finished game. Some things are just place holders.

I think it’s weird because they’re almost the exact same lol
It is odd that both screenshots are almost exactly the same. I’m assuming at least one of them is just a placeholder. We still have a ways to go before release.

Campaign and Spartan ops? and maybe the younger dude is the Captain’s second in command while the older one is the captain. Maybe the captain decided to do the briefing since the chief was there but usually his second in command might do it for the ODSTs and Spartan IVs?
