Some of you don’t realize how lucky we are to have 343 running Halo. Two updates in May? That’s some next level commitment to the fanbase considering this game is seven months old. But you know what the best part is? It’s still free! For 80$ I believe that I got more than what I bargained for. Go 343!
They missed a month, though. Not that I’m complaining. I’m loving these updates.
An optimistic post? I guess this community isn’t totally screwed.
Does this update even come with a map or anything legimately new other than the stinger armor (new as in not a reskin of older vehicles/weapons) or modes?
Not to mention, they cut out a decent chunk of content for the june firefight upodate.
I mean, this isnt exactly MoR quantity so I expect the dev time to be shorter.

Yeah the Halo 5 post launch content has been great.
Halo 5’s DLC as of Hog Wild (not counting gamemodes)
2 new arena maps, 3 arena remixes, 2 Warzone maps, 1 Warzone assault map, 1 new Forge Canvas, 15 new armours, 29 armour skins, 6 new weapons , 37 weapon variants, 59 load-out weapon skins, 9 stances, 10 assassinations, 23 vehicle variants, 7 new visors, 3 new armour mods and 64 emblems. Plus a tonne of forge updates.
All free.

Maybe I got a little too excited. This Hog Wild update is a little small because some of it got moved to WZFF but that update is supposedly bigger than MoR!

It’s going to be the biggest update we’ve ever had for Halo 5: Guardians apparently.
You guys are forgetting the very much needed Warzone update, which will now spawn different groups of enemies randomly, different enemy tiers and new bosses, they’ll have unique weapons you can pick up after a kill. The only reason I stopped playing Warzone is because you could predict everything and this will finally give it some life.

How many of those are re-skins?
I only care about maps and modes. And right now, we haven’t had very many ‘good’ maps released for free. Halo 2-Reach, even 4 had really good quality DLC maps. These have been mostly remixes with only a few originals. Tyrant and Stasis are the only maps I’ve enjoyed so far.

I agree. Warzone was so fun when the game first came out because no one really knew what was gonna happen next when it came to bosses. I think this dynamic boss feature will definitely spice things up!

MoR is a very small update compared to alot of the others. Cartographers gift and infinitys armory as well as hammer storm are all bigger than MoR and had more significant things

You’re joking right?, I can’t think of any update was really free. It’s just stripped content, even then we barely get anything. If anything we got less than we originally expected from a Halo game…many of us feel like the game still lacks content, the worst part is when the servers goes down for w/e reasons…the only playable thing is the campaign. -_-
Yep, pretty amazing after-sale support imo.
I just hope next month’s update will include Forge World as the new Forge canvas.

I can be pessimistic and say it’s only 1 1/2 update in 1 month. hehehehe
