Two Questions About Specializations

I’m becoming a little less confused about specializations, but I have two questions for anyone who might know the answers:

  1. Will the visor colors, armor, armor skin, emblems etc. associated with a specific specialization be available to use regardless of the specialization we are currently using? For example, if I unlocked all the armor items for the Wetwork specialization, and I have switched to the Pioneer specialization and am now working on leveling that up, will I be able to still use the blue/orange visor and/or the Wetwork armor set even if I don’t have the Wetwork specialization selected?

  2. Once I finish more than one specializations and have not chosen another one yet, will I be able to choose one of my completed ones to play with for a while, and will I be allowed to pick up a new specialization at any time, assuming I have completed the current one?
