First off, whenever I try to go to Waypoint to view the vids I found in game (hiding game content on your app is a CRAPPY way to get traffic, btw), I get a prompt to download an update. Then I am told I need to sign into an XBL account although I am already signed in. It then takes me to choose my profile, but when I choose it it takes me straight back to the message that I need to sign in to an account again. Lather, rinse, repeat ad nauseum.
Second, when I beat the game, my achievements did not pop. Not even the one for beating chapter 8. I did it twice to make sure it wasn’t because I turned my controller off to watch the final cutscenes/credits without draining battery power the first time. Still no love.
I’d like to thank 343 for making a great game, but issues like this (as petty as they are) can frustrate and sour an otherwise great experience. Anything that can be done about these or am I screwed?

Oh god I thought I was the only one having trouble in the first part. glad to know its not only me. though I am able to access it stright from the main menu of my copy of halo 4. Also i am having a hard time navagating the waypoint looking for the terminals I unlocked in halo 4.
as for the second part of your problem. My achievement unlock fine for beating mission 8.
I’ve tried Waypoint both ways and no joy so far. I just noticed another glitch too. I beat all of the Spartan Ops chapters so far and it shows that I’ve beaten them all on legendary on the chapter select screen, but the corresponding challenge is still marked as not completed on my challenge list. Well, damn.
