We keep getting dc’d in the map loading screen. Anyone else having issues?

Same problem here. Only one of our systems would work steadily.
Mine would disconnect for 8 seconds every 2 matches then work for the third.
Same issue here. My brother and I are on the same network two different xbox one’s, open nats on both and we can play ALL the other games in the xbox multiplayer universe at the same time with no issue, but now halo 5 we can’t. Hopefully this will be fixed fast. My biggest gripe is that this was an issue in the halo 5 beta, and it was fixed, but now that we have the actual game it broken. Sigh, I hope we don’t get issues like we did with the MC collection.

You might be right. I knew I shouldnt have updated the dashboard.
Edit: Hard resetting both xboxs works for a game or two, but then you have to rinse and repeat.
Any plan for a fix 343?

Got that right.
Also I downloaded halo 5 early while I had the old dashboard and then tried to play on the new dashboard because I got forced to update to it…not sure if maybe that has something to do with it? So I uninstalled halo 5 redownloading it now and then goin to try and see if the two xboxs in my house can play together again. It’s a long shot, but I tried everything else I can think of…
i keep getting cannot connect to local network… Hoping this may fix it for now…
PS: I can play destiny, Halo MCC, minecraft, ect… Together just not Halo 5.

Thank you! We really want to play halo 5 together… So this is setting us back a little; even took the day off and couldn’t play…
Can you give us a rough estimate if this is a wide spread problem at the moment? Or just a couple here and their??
Just wanted to add that I too am having this issue. I can join any other matchmaking that the other Xbox isnt in.
When we start the match we get a “you have been disconnected from the local network” error and when either of the us try to join the other match in progress we get a message on top of the roster saying “waiting to join a match in progress”.
Finally 343 responds! I have had this issue since the second it launched! Although with me and my wife we will play the campaign and then the game will hard core lag. We will be shooting and then the enemies just stand there frozen along with the team, ill look to my wifes character who would be running off a cliff or into a corner, same thing happens on her screen as well. Took us 3 hours and we still have not made it through the second mission! We have to restart the game every 8 minutes, and thats not an exaggeration. Also yes both nats are open and each xbox network test says it has 40 mbps available. Thes game takes a max of 500kbps for each console. Just to make absolutely sure it wasn’t us we went to destiny and played there with no issues whatsoever. Please fix this!
