After many attempts to unlock this achievement, i am wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. Me and a friend have played and won multiple skirmishes vs the AI and we both don’t unlock it. I have tried this with multiple friends and it just won’t pop. I’m starting to think it’s glitched. Anyone else having an issue with this?

It seems this is happening for a lot of achievements for a lot of people.
Unlocked fine for me. But isolated cases of achievement issues aren’t uncommon.

That sucks only achievements that are bugged for me are the two that everybody knows about
This achievement was broken with the latest update; TrueAchievements is showing that no one has won this achievement since the early hours of March 20th. So it’s not just you - this will need to be fixed in a future update.
Hopefully 343 fixes this next update.
So they fixed the two other glitched achievements today. 343i can we get a fix on this please?
I haven’t seen any acknowledgement of this issue by 343; I’m wondering with all of the other issues the game has that this slipped under the radar. Hopefully a fix comes with the next patch.

Im having the same issue. 343 please fix this.
I’m guessing we won’t hear anything one way or the other until we see the next set of patch notes that come out with the next update (assuming there is a patch to fix issues when the next DLC drops).
I still think hear someone of 343 Ind. say “guys thanks for reporting this issue, we will solve with next patch” would be nice.
Yeah, that’s all I really would like is just for them to acknowledge the issue.

343, can you ever release a game that has a full list of achievements that aren’t broken on launch? Jesus Christ, I would even understand if some were worded wrong or there were extra conditions that weren’t listed properly in the description, that happens in every game, but to have entirely broken achievements which are completely unobtainable at launch is absolutely pathetic. I gave you $80 of my hard earned money for a sub-par creation in the gaming community. You are legitimately the only company I have ever seen release every single game they’ve created with broken achievements. If that wasn’t bad enough, now we’ve started this BS where you retroactively disable achievements with a patch that fixes broken achievement. What about Halo Spartan Strike which you released almost two years ago on IOS with a full list of achievements? A WHOLE 5/25 achievements were broken on that simple mobile game. That’s an entire 20% of the achievements offered which will never be delivered to the gamers. It’s this pathetic commitment to your product and horrible story telling which is eventually going to drive me away from your games. It’s as though I’m in a perpetual state of déjà vu every time I write one of these posts because I realize that I just typed one of these up for your last game, and the game before that, and the game before that. You finally made a game that wasn’t utter garbage and you just had to ruin this one for me too.
Just tried after yesterdays update, still not unlocking on the Xbox One. I’ve tried leaving all options as default for a Deathmatch, going through Main Menu - Skirmish, Main Menu - Multiplayer, Skirmish. Someone on my friends list, someone not on my friends list. Seeing as it’s the last achievement it’s a bit more frustrating as the short/long term ones have been fixed.
Enjoying the game though, so happy to see Halo Wars 2 after so long and I look forward to what’s to come.
