I have just loaded up Two Betrayals with all skulls on apart from Bandanna and you start with 2 plasma grenades.
How is this possible with the Foreign skulll activated?
Maybe it doesn’t work on grenades
When you put bandanna skull on you dont get plasma grenades.
Its just weird that when you turn it off you get them
