Twitch drops the AR coating is still saying locked even tho its the first drop claimed

hi i have recived all my twitch drops apart from the AR coating its the 1st one i claimed i dont understand why i havnt recieved i was kinda looking forward to having the full set please help

i couldn’t get the last drop (the pose) because it was locked until 14th February at 1am MEST…and the campaign ended 7am MEST. Who is able to watch streams in the night between sunday and monday?

Very disappointing!
