So i finsihed watching the hcs grand finals, and the notification popped up saying i watched enough and was able to claim the drop. But when i i claimed it it still says primal glory is locked/vaulted. My accounts are linked. I was able to get the charm but not the coating. I could use your help

Mine too. I sent a support ticket with screenshots showing my linked accounts and that it was claimed but it’s not showing as redeemed on Waypoint, therefore it’s not showing in-game.
This happened for two separate twitch/waypoint accounts.

Same issue here. Primal Glory shows claimed on twitch drops inventory but still locked in Halo Infinite. Account is linked. I got the Holy Flare charm and Planetary emblem within a few minutes.

Can we do a movement on 343 to bring that skin in the shop for those we had problems with that?

I have the exact same problem. Earned the Primal Glory coating drop and it’s still locked in the Armor Hall 3 days later. Other drops unlocked almost immediately.
We arte not to be listen by 343 at least we are a lot of peoples is experimenting that problem

Did you link the accounts FIRST, then claim the drop?
The last time I tried, i accidently claimed the drop before linking, and didn’t get the drop. I had to make a new account and watch again.
Its a pretty bad system, so try contacting 344 more, as there is not much you can do
