Twitch Drops Not In My Account

Hello everyone,

I was hoping to get some help regarding how to get the recent twitch drops from two weeks ago (HCS stream weekend). I unlocked all three rewards from twitch and redeemed them on my account. However despite my account being linked I did not receive them in my game. I do not have the “…” next to my twitch linked account, and instead have my twitch name listed there with “account connected” below it. Is there something else I can do to get these rewards in my account? I do understand it’s been two weeks but I was just giving 343 time to possibly fix this before I came here. Unfortunately no fix has come about for now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

As far as I know, there was a connection problem at the time. If you had the “…” on Waypoint when you claimed a drop on Twitch, it was lost. There is nothing you can do now. At the time, you could make a new Twitch account, earn the time, then make sure it was connected to Waypoint before claiming.

All you can do is submit a ticket, and hope for the best.
