I watched the HCS in twitch and claimed all three drops, but I only receive HCS Launch Armor Coatings and Victory Shout Pose in my games, the HCS Launch Weapon Coating is missing. But in twitch account showed it is already claimed. Can anyone help?

This seem’s to be a common issue, same with me. The only work around was to make a second twitch account and try to claim it again. Contacting support leads to no where from what I seen, I did get a response but it was PR talk how they couldn’t do anything and would log my issue. (They do know about the issue though).
