Infinite feels like it could use a little massaging for controller. I did win a good amount of matches but it just feels off compared to every halo before. One thing that made halo great is you didn’t have to be on mouse and keyboard or feel pro to land shots. Just give it a little bump
I agree, I had to play with the controller settings and sensitivity and it’s getting better the more I play with it but I had to deal with my baby so I didn’t get to play cuz of work and him as much but 2 hours is better than no hours lol
Yeah, the aim assist definitely feels too low for controller gameplay IMO
I also agree. I think it needs a bit more aim assist with the current standard weapons. Then have the sniper aim assist bump up to the current standard weapon aim assist? Idk may I still need to get used to it.
I found turning acceleration and dead zones down to zero helped immensely with my aim. Granted I agree with you. Shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops when all the aim assist needs is a slight buff.
I also agree that aim assist needs to be tweaked or reworked slightly.

I read in another post that there is a slight misalignment between vertical and horizontal which after trying does indeed make it feel slightly smoother:

Overall my KD is about the same as Halo 5, so I think it is close. How is your KD between this and previous installments?

Hey thank you for this I’m gonna give this a shot this morning. I was close to my usual KD as halo 5 but as others have said it was a lot more sweaty of a game
