There are a few forums out there asking the same question, but I yet to find one with a response. I enjoy the game, but have yet to be able to play it without lag. It isn’t my ISP. I can play any other game that I own with no issue. 343 can you at least give some timeline as to when you’ll have this fixed? The lack of customer support is seriously driving me to just sell this game and get CoD.

Comcast customer here! Issue is occurring with me too. Walking into walls every other game or so and get DC’d. Can’t play a game without wanting to kick my Xbox.
It’s sad when I have to use a Verizon JetPack in order to play and it’s 7mpbs down and 7mbps upload with strict NAT works fine.
Got twc, and 2 to 3 times a game my team and enemys just start walking into a wall…
TWC customer as well.
Characters are walking into walls, I am teleporting around, and getting kicked from matches.
No issues on any other game, device, or services. 
Same issue here. Ask anyone who doesn’t have this issue and you are a “troll”.
I work a lot. I woke up at 6am today to “fix” whatever network issues I may have…even though dozens of other games work flawlessly on our 360s, playstation 3 and 4, etc etc etc.
I forwarded all ports, set my Xbox one up on the dmz setting of my router. Etc. I redid our entire wireless network. My nat type is open…so on a so forth.
Still. I can’t play Halo 5 online. Literally every other online service and game and device you can think of functions flawlessly at my house.
I am able to play sometimes for about 30 seconds before enemies begin to walk backwards into walls or walk off cliffs.
I am am one of the biggest halo and Microsoft fans out there. Wasting a day off of my life dealing with this is so frustrating.
Have Oceanic TWC. Live in Hawaii. And every time I lag people walk into walls rubber band or simple disconnect and get unable to join. Done everything everyone has suggested open nat port forwarding dmz etc. nothing worked but for some odd reason today log in. Perfect games no lag disconnects etc. ??? What changed cause I didn’t do anything different from last night ??
