Not really neccessary, if you were in his situation I’m sure you’d feel the same.

If you don’t have the cash to buy a new TV, I have a cheaper solution that I’m using if you’ll humor me.

Buy an Xbox 360 VGA cable, you can then plug your game up to your PC monitor and play.

Or, if your monitor has an HDMI port you can use an HDMI cable as well.
