i’m fighting a few tanks, and i have lvl3 turrets with anti-vehicle attach, on all four plots, and they can’t even destroy ONE FRIGGEN TANK without getting all destroyed

In 1v1 turrets are vital. Build them diagnol so there isnt a blind spot. Dont upgraded them though until you know what their mainline army is. You dont want to upgrade rail for gunner hogs then have to switch them when you see air.

Depends on what level the tank is…
If you have 4 turrets at tier 3 with anti-vehicle and you have a Spartan Grizzly all starred up to 12+ an entire army of Cobras is needed to destroy it… so don’t count on the turrets. However, 1 tank that is Power Turret should be able to die to 4 anti-vehicle tier 3 turrets.
Don’t count on turrets though… Units are much better… although they are great in 1s early.
They were probably like 10 star spartan tanks or something lol.

yeah turrets arent really useful against scorpion tanks usually, if youre expecting them to hold their own you will be disappointed. They can be useful when helping your army defend your base or from fending off smaller, non-scorpion attacks (they just have too much health to lose to a few turrets).
If enemy has multiple scorpions against and you do not have army to support your turrets, it is bad. Enemy can just pull the injured scorpion out of range and your turrets start shoot a new scorpion. This way he keeps his units, takes out your turrets and finally takes your base down.
So… turrets are not so great alone. As futbol luva mentioned, you should have something to back those up.
It depends on your opponent. I always go Sgt. Forge so I usually have resources to build turrets, especially since I constantly go Spartan tanks…
I always build turrets if my opponent is a leader.
