343, currently it is impossible to enjoy lag free games in Aus/NZ, because they do not exist, as every game favours the Americans or Mexicans in the lobby, because even if the majority of players are Oceanic, the servers are always American.
So please, turn on Region lock for one playlist, even if it just Warzone (Our most populated playlist, and the one playlist we could play most of the day without issues.)
I guarantee you, if any of you guys had to play on our connection that we are stuck with 24/7, you would also be kicking and screaming to have it fixed.

It’s the same with every online game apart from a small list of exceptions, and that ^^^ is exactly how treated.
If you can’t introduce local servers for local players then you either sell the game at a reduce price to account for the downgraded experience, or you don’t sell it there at all.

We have local servers. We’ve been using them since launch, until now, and we are getting shafted because of it.
I think our only hope now is that the Matchmaking Preferences that are apparently arriving in the next update are A: Real. B: Actually work. I’ve sorta stayed away from playing as much the last two days…those that are posting in support of this had to have been lagging a bit without realising prior to the update or are completely bonkers because while the game is still playable with the lag, and you’re still going to get some kills, it removes any sort of possible competitive games with anyone of a higher skill. It’s a real shame so far because I, among many more who are sharing my sentiments love this game.

It’s the same in Europe in fact it’s been even worse recently probably because we are being put on USA servers with Australia it’s just insanity. Hit registration is just shocking getting beat with a assault rifle when they have no shield and you have a smg!! rinse repeat every game. In fact I’ve not had a decent server in weeks even at USA bed time. If over 4000 comments can’t get anything done than nothing will. No point ranting about it now, they ether fix it in may or I think the remaining few will be just moving on I know I will.
