Turn off Push to talk?

Hey,

I’m playing Halo Reach with my controller, but I have to keep pressing the V button on my keyboard in order to talk. How do I turn Push to talk off? Can’t seem to edit that…

I use a coin, jame the V key down and bang, no more push to talk.
