Please either lower the firerate of the magnum or make the bullet spread more. I usually have a good strafe but i find it hard to combat the magnum. Even at medium range the magnum still beats the DMR. =[

i wouldnt cry if the magnum and DMR got = ROF reductions, say 20% but really the way magnum and DMR work now is what bungie intended from the start. DMR to be a mini sniper and excel at range and the magnum to be the go to gun for CQB. Mid range was supposed to be a tossup and a battle of choices, go for the sheer power of the magnum with its ROF or use the DMR which is easier to aim has a deeper clip and is more forgiving for missing a few shots. The DMR is also a better choiuce than the magnum in its ease at being a support player, the magnum is a lone wolf gun.
IMO i find this dynamic very interesting, add in the fact that the NR is superior to the DMR at very long range and the dynamic is made even more interesting.
What i dont want to see is the magnum getting amajor nerf and this game being a 1 gun DMR game, the pistol is great, as it stands now it feel liek the CE magnum got split into 3 guns. As a huge fan of CE i love the ZB gametype.

If it is for cqc take out the zoom. I do not apprecirate getting sniped from a pistol when I’m sniping at long range.
Magnum range is silly, just spam and get cheap lucky kills like vanilla Reach.
Also why the hell didnt 343 add in 120% speed 200% grav and 125% jump for ZB???
Well I’m not sure why I hope they do or I’m sure it will go back to 15,000 people on at one time come 2 weeks from now.
The Magnum is fine as is. The spread on it is already too high for it to hit anything outside medium range. If you’re firing at the highest RoF, and not actually hitting 4 shots, you’ll be stuck reloading.
No it’s not you should not be able to hit a sniper long range when pacing a pistol shot. It’s not right take off zoom make it mid to cqc.
