So far I’ve been keeping myself pretty up to date with any news and information regarding the TU for mid to late September. I am now a little confused on something though, and hoping to get it cleared up. In BS Angel’s TU thread it says something along the lines of bloom becoming customizable? Does anyone know if this will actually be implemented into MM, or if this is just going to be something you can play with in Customs? Thanks guys!
Bloom will be customizable by 343 for playlists. No word yet on whether or not users will be able to modify it.

The new update will bring in new features for the custom menu. They can be available for use in both MM and Custom gametypes.
