ok, tl;dr at the bottom.

Well, the beta is here, and the changes are super awesome, but there are still problems you know, the first one should be:

-Bloom: The whole thing of making it zero bloom was to remove spammers OR to remove randomness?? As you may have noticed, Bloom at 85% is good for certain weapons, but for OTHER weapons make it way damn overpowered, like the Needle Rifle, which at 85% makes it perfect shot while not jumping, also another problem with Bleed-Through is presented for the Needle Rifle (see Bleed-Through). I personally think that the Bloom should stay 100%, but adjusting to 110% for the DMR only (so the spamming problem stops, since DMR spam was way too easy to do). On zero bloom gametypes, the Rate of Fire for DMR, Magnum and NR should be fixed, since is well damn overpowered right now (especially using the jetpack, see Armor Abilities)

-Grenades: You know, While having zero bloom the Spamming on ranged weapons increase, and we still got sluggish movement, well, grenade spam is not a new topic, but with the Zero Bloom gametype a movement adjustment is really needed, just making the movement 110% and jumping 110% would make the thing, making grenades a little less OP, but not useless, and bullet dodging easier.

-Bleed-Though: Melee and Bullet, those types were present in Halo CE, but only Melee was present in Halo 3. On the special unique CE gametype, I think Bullet and Melee should stay, but in Reach’s Gametypes only melee should stay, why you ask? well, simple, if an AR bullet hits you, this makes the DMR and Magnum 4 shot weapons. While using the NR (now super-overpowered) you may notice that thanks to the blom changes, the shots will all be perfect while not jumping, and with the Bullet Bleed-Though changes, it makes a 6 shot weapon; the fast fire rate + automatic fire + perfect shots + large magazines makes all other weapon useless (including the bloom-less Magnum), so please, remove Bullet Bleed-Through from the normal gametypes, while leaving the CE Bullet Bleed-Through untouched.

-Armor Abilities: Every Amor Ability is perfectly balanced, with only one exception I have seen: the jetpack; on Zero Bloom gametypes, makes ANY precision weapon completely perfect shot, while on Vanilla Reach jetpacking was dangerous, since the bloom changed drastically to 125%.

-Weapons: Bloomless is just not good, since all the precision weapons got zero bloom, so the precision bloom changes should be: DMR = 110% Magnum = 85%, NR = 100%. that way theye are not overpowered, and they fell how they should, and the spamming problem is never a problem with the changes I mentioned

TL;DR: NO Zero Bloom, Bullet Bleed-Through off, Movement settings to 110% jump & move, Precision weapons bloom settings adjusted per weapon.

I actually did, and I posted, but I doubt that with so many posts mine would get some attention

I just hope when the official playlists hit there will be a playlist with ZB only. And a Big Team Battle with ZB would be nice.

I like everything else though.

I prefer Zero Bloom but there is 2 flaws in the beta gametype,

1- Uber pistol as secondary weapon…bad idea.

2- keeping vanilla Reach settings when obviously 120% speed, 200% gravity and 125% jump is optimal and popular.

110% speed is still slow personally.

I wish there was a ZB playlist and an 85% playlist.

I’d like for their to be some various gametypes all of them having faster movement speed and jump height and some of them having AA’s.

these changes are a waste of resources. they should put the extra effort into the other games they are making.
reach is reach. reach was made a certain way and thats how it should be played, and changeing it makes it a different game. i payed for reach and thats what i want to play. plain and simple.

forget the bloom, I cant wait till the bloom is completely gone from Reach so I can start playing again. the bleed through is better than no bleed through, get rid of the fall damage, and remove all Armor Abilities and Load Outs.

oh yeah on last and very important thing…bring back the BR from Halo 2.

well… to be honest its better to just wait for Halo 4.
