You’re misinformed.

The Title Update changes will, and have always been intended to be, only applied to specific playlists rather than to the entire game. However, if you prefer certain TU changes, you can simply save the gametypes out of Matchmaking. Play those gametypes in Customs, and the TU changes stay active.

And it’s not 343’s fault that you don’t want the maps.

It was never actually a beta. These were pretty much the settings the entire time, and there have been no changes to them based on feedback or anything. Even the bugs like the bleedthrough bug haven’t been fixed. It was always intended to leave the vanilla Reach lists alone since a lot of people already enjoy it just fine.

If you want Title Update FFAs, you will either need Anniversary or to play it in customs.

Oh, and Armor Lock in FFA is completely unacceptable. It’s already overpowered as is, but it has no place in such a gametype.

They really should bring the AL and Camo nerf into all playlists. Same with the fixed melee system.
