"TU Armor Lock Adjusted"?

So…apparently in the latest bulletin, bs angel said theat AL was being “adjusted” in the next playlist update and since the playlist update was today im curious as to what exactly was “Adjusted” with AL.

I can’t get on reach right now but does anyone know?

Weapons all around do more damage to it.

One Grenade takes you out of Armour Lock
Three Sniper shots takes you out of Armour Lock
Two Scorpion shots takes you out of Armour Lock.

Yup it’s been nerfed. I can hear all the babies crying because now even their crutch can’t protect them from being out played in DMR duels.

Probably is. I hated AL more than anyone XD

The damage received while in AL is carried over into the time you can stay in. Basically when you get shot you lose time in AL.

The only problem is that the point of it being invinciblity is gone. Why didn’t people complain about the invinciblity equipment in Halo 3, the ability that birthed it? It surely pissed off campaign players who were owned by Brute Chieftains.

You answered your own question.

Things don’t need to be balanced in Campaign. The AI doesn’t care if it gets screwed over, and players generally expect to be screwed over when playing against the game itself. When playing against each other, however, players are (justifiably) intolerant of BS.

I’m still one of those people that thought there was nothing wrong with armour lock in the first place.

I know this is probably a stupid question but… is this in all the playlists now? Or only the TU playlist?

I’m guessing AL has only been changed in the TU playlist because I think it’s a gametype thing but if someone could confirm or deny this that would be most appreciated.

You forget … Bungie designed Halo: Reach to be broken in all ways … 343 is fixing it XD

All the title update stuff is in the TU play list only …When Halo: CEA comes out the TU stuff will have its own versions of the play lists and vanilla (regular) reach will also still have its own set of play lists …
