So in December of 2017 the company “The Eleven Seven” earned the helmet and shortly there after I left to help a friend lead his company, to do this I created an alt account and placed it in charge (my only LT is military and was shipped out so no one else is active in leadership at all now). This alt account was created for this purpose alone and has not played any games, earned achievements, and was not signed in on since it’s creation. My problem now is that I have no login information at all because of the 2.5 years of not needing it and it is possible that the account my have been deleted by Microsoft due to being inactive for so long. I’m writing this to see if any solutions are possible to get me back in lead to revive the company, I have sent and received messages proving I was in leadership of the eleven seven at the time if that could be used to help.

If you’re wondering about an alternate XBL account, you should probably directly contact Microsoft/Xbox Live support team instead. The best response you could get here is from a 343i employee, who has no control over Xbox Live.

Let me tag in one of the monitors (stckrboy) who probably has some experience in dealing with this. I would think there’s a way to remove a leader of a Spartan Company, but I’m not entirely sure to be honest. It also may not be possible, due to the fact that you could just do this to anyone’s Spartan Company if you wanted to take it over. I guess the activity of the leader GT might be telling, but also not sure about that.
Only the leader of a Spartan Company can promote another leader, if you don’t have access to that account anymore I’m afraid there isn’t anything that can be done

So there is no protocol at all for if a leadership dies out completely? Like if you look at my alt it was made and then placed in charge and never touched again for 2.5 years, Microsoft deletes account’s (but not gamertags) after 2 years. A full year of leading and grinding away in that company lost because there is no back up plan at all? I have proof that I was in leadership at the time with sent and received messages for accepting and booting people and if you are at all able to see the audit logs of the company you’d clearly see that I handed it to an obvious placeholder alt. I’m not mad or anything I just don’t want all that hard earned work of 100+ people to be wasted because it is now impossible for me to access my alt account.
